average stay with noticeable issues
noisy air conditioning dismissive staff
the location was acceptable it provided easy access to the city center
the room's air conditioning was quite noisy it made sleeping difficult i requested assistance but staff indicated the unit was old and beyond repair the noise from the drainage of the machine was present too the staff response to the issue at check-out was dismissive

The reception staff seemed helpful .
The air conditioning in the room was inadequate. The unit struggled to cool the space. The noise was also a problem. The air conditioning emitted a constant loud sound, disrupting sleep.

friendly staff amazing advice excellent location overpriced room old furniture uncomfortable bed
I found the staff to be super friendly. They gave great advice on things to do. The location was excellent because it was very central. The hotel helped me rent bikes so I could cycle around the park nearby.
The room was overpriced for its offerings. The furniture seemed old. It reminded me of a cheap student dormitory. The bed was uncomfortable. the mattress was hard. It also squeaked loudly with every movement I made.
