the location was acceptable it provided easy access to the city center
the room's air conditioning was quite noisy it made sleeping difficult i requested assistance but staff indicated the unit was old and beyond repair the noise from the drainage of the machine was present too the staff response to the issue at check-out was dismissive

I found the staff so friendly. They were always ready with a smile. The location provides amazing access to everything. The price felt right for all I received.
The air conditioning felt antiquated. It struggled to keep up. The noise at night was very loud. The photos presented a slightly better image than I found in reality. The hotel seemed a bit shabby.

I found the staff to be super friendly. They gave great advice on things to do. The location was excellent because it was very central. The hotel helped me rent bikes so I could cycle around the park nearby.
The room was overpriced for its offerings. The furniture seemed old. It reminded me of a cheap student dormitory. The bed was uncomfortable. the mattress was hard. It also squeaked loudly with every movement I made.
